Hand Machinist file is rectangular in cross section and having uniform width throughout the length. This file is available in bastard, 2nd cut and smooth cut geometry with one safe edge. This file is generally used for finishing flat surfaces. This file is used by machinists, machinery builders, ship and engine builders. It is ideal for use on wood, metal and plastic.
