Handy File

Handy files are machinist files that resemble hand files in appearance, but their unique tooth configuration allows to use it for both rough, rapid filing and finer finishing work. It's one side with double cut is used for general filing, rapid stock removal and other side with single cut is used for tool sharpening, smoothing metal surfaces.
